November 10, 2017 jewelry forum, organized by Russian Jewelry Guild Association and Russian Jewelry Trade Club was held in Moscow.

The event was attended by CIBJO President Gaetano Cavalieri, who arrived in Moscow to participate in the events held in the framework of Junwex Premium.

The meeting`s agenda covered  the review of  jewelry export development international experience, assessment of  the end markets, State support measures for raw materials, etc.

Mr. Cavalieri expressed his support to Russian Jewelry Guild representatives.

According to him, nowadays Russia has all the necessary opportunities including up-to-date plants and talented jewelers. He assured that CIBJO is ready to provide all the necessary assistance in this issue.

Chairman of Russian Jewelers Guild Gagik Gevorkyan summarized the meeting. He stressed that it is high time for Russian manufacturers to position themselves at the international industrial shows.

At the end of the meeting JUNWEX Premium  show opening ceremony was launched. During the show International contest named after Carl Faberge was held.

The exhibition contest is aimed to bring together first class world jewelry brands in the competitive market and at the same time seeks to contribute to the entry of domestic master jewelers into  the international scene.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of ministries, International Trade Center, Chairman of the organizing committee of the contest Mr. Gaetano Cavalieri and other officials.

GEVORKYAN brand and other jewelry companies have become nominees of Moscow  round of the contest.

The next contest rounds will take pace in Vicenza, Las Vegas and Hong Kong.

The contest`s winners awarding ceremony will be held during  JUNWEX Premium 2018.
